Established in 1996, the CNI Center for Brain & Spinal Tumors offers expert care to those who have been touched by brain and spinal tumors. The center is unique in its ability to bring together the diverse expertise and technology of CNI and Swedish Medical Center. This has helped make CNI a referral center for brain and spinal tumor patients from across Colorado, the Rocky Mountain region and the US, as well as various counties around the world.
The center’s strategy for cure employs an aggressive combination of neurosurgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, which are sometimes followed by another surgery or stereotactic radiosurgery and biological therapy.
