Patients with Neuro Disorders Benefit from CNI Golf Classic at Bear Dance
This annual tournament raises funds and awareness for individuals facing neurological conditions.
On Monday, July 14th, Colorado Neurological Institute (CNI) held the 15th Annual Golf Classic at the Golf Club at Bear Dance to support individuals facing neurological conditions such as stroke, brain and spinal tumor, head pain, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis.
This year’s tournament raised more than $45,000. Without fundraisers such as the CNI Golf Classic, CNI would not be able to offer a resource center for individuals facing neurological conditions. CNI’s tournament players included community partners, patients and golf enthusiasts.
Tournament highlights included two full flights of golfers, breathtaking views of Larkspur, an inspirational video about patients, the support of 30 volunteers, Jim Benemann from CBS4, Oakley sunglasses for a contest prize, and a hole in one car from John Elway Chevrolet.
The CNI Golf Classic was made possible by these generous sponsors:
Crystal Sponsors: Craig Hospital, Bank of the West, Radiology Imaging Associates, Health Images, Norgren, Interstate Roofing, Ernst and Young, Morgan Stanley, Dean Mills, and Jay Shoemaker
FORE Sponsors: HealthONE, Cherry Creek Insurance, Freedom Mobility, USA Mobility, Integrated Medical Evaluations, Cerescan, Teva, RW Baird
Hole Sponsors: Iowa Fluid Power, Penn-Air & Hydraulics, Maptek Vulcan, Sill-Terhar Motors, Gates Corporation, Gulf Controls Company, Chuck and Lynda Gumeson, and John McWilliams
