in the region

Our Association with Swedish Medical Center

Swedish Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma CenterCNI and Swedish work closely together to continually excel in the areas of research, education and treatment of patients with neurological disorders.

Swedish Medical Center's Comprehensive Stroke Center is unique because of its response team and physician experience, dedicated stroke nurse practitioner, accountability tracking, and nursing and rehabilitation care. Swedish has also built parallel expertise through its Level I trauma care and expertise in neurosciences that together support better care for the unpredictable emergency of a stroke, which requires a rapid, coordinated response.

Swedish Medical Center provides acute care and in patient rehabilitation. CNI provides patient and community education, stroke prevention and outpatient rehab therapy.
