 The CNI NeuroHealth Center is an outpatient neuro-rehabilitation clinic offering counseling, care navigation, speech, occupational and physical therapy services. Patients include those in need of rehabilitation therapy as a result of stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, Huntington’s disease, peripheral neuropathy, brain tumors, gait abnormalities, progressive supranuclear palsy, and many other conditions. All services are delivered in one location, optimizing convenience and resources, as well as enhancing communication among caregivers.

The NeuroHealth Center provides the following classes/programs:

Take Action with Your Chronic Disease – All patients with neurological conditions and their caregivers are invited and encouraged to take this educational, empowering six week class.

DriveABLE – An assessment for those who are currently driving with changing abilities and have questions/concerns about their safety behind the wheel.

Brain Boosters 101 Brain Boosters 101 is a 4 week series designed to exercise your brain and maximize your brain’s potential so that you can get things done effectively and independently.

Back on Track Program The Back on Track Program is a coordinated rehabilitation program for young individuals with stroke or Traumatic Brain Injury who wish to return to work or active lifestyle.

The NeuroHealth Center participates in the following clinics:

HD Clinic A multidisciplinary clinic serving those with Huntington’s Disease and their care partners. 

ALS Clinic A multidisciplinary clinic serving those with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis/Lou Gehrig’s Disease and their care partners.

MS Rehab Clinic – A multidisciplinary clinic serving those with Multiple Sclerosis and their care partners to coordinate rehab efforts.

Wheelchair  and Bracing Clinics – A multidisciplinary clinic for those needing a Wheelchair, either manual or power, or a brace.
