Social Worker - Movement Disorders

Colorado Neurological Institute at Swedish Medical Center in South Denver is seeking a Social Worker for our Movement Disorders Center. Qualified candidates will have a Masters in Social Work, and knowledge or willingness to obtain knowledge of Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease and atypical movement disorders. LCSW and a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience and in medical settings is preferred. The position is full time and is eligible for benefits.

CNI Movement Disorders Center/National Parkinson's Foundation Patient Care Coordinator and Stereotactic Surgical Coordinator

Colorado Neurological Institute's Movement Disorders Center seeks candidates with current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with the Colorado State Board of Nursing.  Prefer neurological assessment skills pertinent to the evaluation of Parkinson's, basic understanding of neurological nursing and expert clinical skill. Position will assist with immobile patients and control confused/uncooperative patients.  Ability to remain flexible and positive in an ever changing and developing environment is necessary.
