The hub hospital for the CO-DOC Telemedicine network is Swedish Medical Center, a HealthONE hospital in Englewood, Colorado. The network hub also includes HealthONE Stroke Care. The network currently includes the following hospitals and HealthONE partners:

As part of the overall CO-DOC Telemedicine program, CNI provides stroke education twice a year to all of host hospitals, and this education is geared toward hospital staff, EMS responders, and members of the public. CO-DOC is exploring opportunities to develop parallel telemedicine projects, adding other service lines and programs (i.e., behavioral health, pediatrics, and cardiology) for our partner facilities and within the HealthONE network.
