Referrals

The CNI Movement Disorders Center works in partnership with referring physicians and other neurologists in the community to provide consultations and ensure coordinated care in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. We continually aim to involve the patient’s referring physician in ongoing care. If you wish to refer a patient to the CNI Movement Disorders Center for a consultation or research study, please call us at 303.357.5455. We will arrange for an expedited evaluation of your patient and will return the patient to your care.
